How would you describe yourself, and how does your personality show through your style?
I would describe myself as a kind , creative, understanding person who loves color pops and fun textures! Being accepting of who I am allows me to mix pieces that perhaps others would never think to combine which makes my style eclectic, inspiring and unexpected.
What first inspired your love for fashion?
My first Barbie doll sparked my love for fashion! I loved how you could take different outfits from different dolls and create a new look! I also LOVED the bold colors and iridescent textures that my Rocker Barbie’s wore! It made my imagination sore.
Where do you find your fashion inspiration today?
EVERYWHERE! One day it could be an icon like Iris Apfel, the next a fashion house like Gucci or maybe a season! Fashion creates a style that is unique to my mood and presence.
What message do you want to express through your fashion choices?
I want to express happiness and confidence. I love the thought of uplifting someone’s day or stopping them in their tracks because it brings them an unexpected joy from seeing a color pallet, group of textures or shapes that they were not expecting.
Why is fashion important to you?
It allows you to dream, create and excite in the everyday norm! Most days are full of routine so when you add excitement through fashion it literally changes the your world and the around you! That to me is magic!
